MICHAEL P. MOLONEY is the Managing Partner and head of the Estate and Business Succession Planning Department at the law firm of Sebaly Shillito + Dyer. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1980, the Florida bar in 1982, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1984, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 1985. Mike received his B.A. in 1974 from Miami University and his J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University in 1980. He is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association, and the Dayton Trust and Estate Planning Group. Mike is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

DEBORAH D. HUNT is a partner at the law firm of Sebaly Shillito + Dyer, where she limits her practice to the area of Estate Planning. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1988. Deb received her B.A. in Education, cum laude, from West Virginia University in 1973 and her M.B.A. from Wright State University in 1985. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1988, where she was the Managing Editor of the Law Review and a Berry Scholar. She is a member of the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations.

HEATHER D. WELBAUM is a partner at the law firm of Sebaly Shillito + Dyer, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Succession Planning. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1999. Heather received her B.A. in History and Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 1996, and her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Heather has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton School of Law teaching courses in Wills and Trusts, Legal Profession (legal research and writing), Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Appellate Practice and Procedure. Heather is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
